There's trouble in Neighbours when an Erinsborough High student vanishes, leaving Finn Kelly in big trouble...
Today’s Neighbours sees Finn Kelly in huge trouble when Erinsborough High student Olivia Lane goes missing, and the police start to wonder if he has kidnapped her.
Last week Neighbours fans saw Finn violate his parole conditions by getting out of a taxi on the school grounds to help Olivia, who had fallen over.
But while Finn’s actions were entirely honourable since he is now a reformed character after his brain injury, Olivia remembered him from his evil days and now she has gone missing.
As Susan Kennedy and Elly Conway prepare to speak to the missing student’s parents, Finn is forced to come clean and admit he was the last one to see Olivia before she went missing.
However, with his parole conditions strictly forbidding him to go near school grounds, Finn is now in a lot of trouble, and the excuse he was at the school to give Elly her medication is unlikely to get him off the hook.
Finn is forced to go to the police and explain exactly what happened, but while there he realises that they are seriously considering the fact he could have kidnaped Olivia… like the old Finn would have done!
But thankfully Elly, Susan and his doctor David Tanaka all give statements that paint Finn in a good light, and it seems he might have got off lightly this time.
But Elly isn’t quite so lucky. With her association with Finn now a black mark against her name, the parents of missing Olivia are gunning for her and her teaching career is now hanging by a thread.
It seems the trouble for Elly has only just begun… and more importantly, will Olivia be found safe and well?
Neighbours airs weekdays at 1.45pm and 5.30pm on Channel 5
