Casualty fans tuning in for the latest action from the hit BBC1 medical drama tonight will instead finding themselves watching the Royal British Legion Festival of Remembrance.
The Beeb has taken the tricky decision to clear the show from the schedule, in a decision that is sure to disappoint fans.
But there’s clearly no space in the Saturday line-up, which looks like this…

8.10pm The Wall
9.00pm Royal British Legion Festival of Remembrance
11.00 Match of the Day
This is far from being the first time this year that Casualty has had to make way in the schedule.

At least this time Casualty fans have plenty of warning unlike in the summer when the show was dropped at the last minute due to Wimbledon as a mixed doubles match involving Andy Murray and Serena Williams over ran.
Casualty was also cleared from the schedules earlier in the year to make way for the Last Night of the Proms and the Eurovision Song Contest.
It should though be back to normal next Saturday.
