Toadie and not-dead first wife Dee FINALLY give in to their unresolved feelings for each other! Will the pair give love another chance?
Ever since Toadie Rebecchi’s (played by Ryan Maloney) first wife Dee Bliss (Madeleine West) returned from the “dead” on Neighbours, 16 years after she was believed to have drowned on their wedding day, his friends and family have been worried the legal eagle could fall for Dee all over again – while he is still grieving for his wife Sonya who died a few months ago from cancer.
Dee has recently revealed she IS still in love with Toadie but respects it’s too soon after Sonya’s death for anything to develop between them.
However, while working together on a school project for Toadie’s young daughter Nell Rebecchi (Scarlett Anderson), the pair find themselves having a whole lotta fun… which leads to a kiss!
Could this be a turning point for Toadie and Dee to give their past relationship another go?
Elsewhere in Erinsborough, Amy Williams (Zoe Cramond) is reeling from ex-boyfriend Kyle Canning’s (Chris Milligan) bombshell he is NOT still in love with her after all.
Since there’s now no reason for Amy to break-up with fiancee Gary Canning (Damien Richardson), Amy decides to throw herself back into their relationship and suggests they bring their wedding date forward!
Has unhappy Kyle made the right decision pushing Amy away?
Meanwhile, at Erinsborough High, teacher Elly Conway (Jodi Anasta) faces the music at a PTA meeting over the rumours she previously bought a student Dean Mahoney alcohol – after he began blackmailing her.
But Elly’s not out of the woods yet, when an angry mum announces she’s pulling her daughter out of Erinsborough High because of Elly’s bad behaviour!
Could Elly’s teaching job be on the line… again?
