Hendrix Greyson's attempt to impress Harlow Robinson on Neighbours ends in disaster when he steals his dad's car and goes on a joyride...
Hendrix Greyson (played by Benny Turland) has been a whole lot of trouble since landing on his dad Pierce’s (Tim Robards) doorstep on Neighbours (1:45pm/5:30pm on Channel 5, see our TV Guide for full listings).
But after seeking parenting advice from Ramsay Street residents including Susan and Karl Kennedy (Jackie Woodburne and Alan Fletcher), Toadie Rebecchi (Ryan Maloney) and Gary Canning (Damien Richardson), Pierce has an idea of how he can try something different with Hendrix.
So Pierce takes the teenager to the cellar at The Waterhole and shows him the grapes and wines he produces.
Hendrix starts to take an interest when his dad tells him he will inherit the business one day.
However, the truce between father and son is short-lived, when Pierce takes a call from girlfriend Chloe Brennan (April Rose Pengilly) who is away in Adelaide visiting her mum, Fay.
Annoyed by the way Pierce drops everything for Chloe, Hendrix slips back into rebel mode again and decides to take his dad’s flash car for a spin in the hope of impressing Harlow Robinson (Jemma Donovan).
But Hendrix’s joyride ends in disaster when he loses control of the car and it crashes into a marquee at Lassiters, trapping Harlow beneath the wreckage…
Meanwhile, it’s the morning after the night before for Ned Willis (Ben Hall) and Scarlett Brady (Christie Whelan Browne), after stalker Scarlett finally managed to lure Ned into her bed!
However, Scarlett’s unaware of Ned’s terrible regret over sleeping with her and he confesses to Roxy Willis (Zima Anderson) what he has done.
But it seems there’s no turning back now, as Scarlett is determined to keep Ned close. And just to make sure, she wastes no time in letting Ned’s ex-girlfriend Yashvi Rebecchi (Olivia Junkeer) know exactly what’s happened between the two of them!
Thanks to Scarlett’s scheming, it looks like there’s no going back now for Ned and Yashvi…
Neighbours continues weekdays at 1:45pm and 5:30pm on Channel 5
