Alf Stewart is confused following his wife Martha’s meltdown at the Surf Club, after she was unable to reach their daughter Roo by phone.
Sensing that Alf is out of his depth trying to deal with Martha’s distress, family friends Marilyn Chambers and John Palmer both intervene and offer their support.

Meanwhile, Colby Thorne is still trying to convince his sister Bella Nixon to return to Summer Bay with him. But she seems happy settled back at her former childhood home and wants Colby to focus on returning to the police force and getting on with his life without his little sister in the way.
Can Colby find a way to prove to Bella that they belong as a team and should go back to the Bay together?
