Damon Kinsella has alarm bells rining when Maxine behaves suspiciously. Is he about to realise she's been faking her worrying symptoms?
Damon Kinsella (Jacob Roberts) and his best mate and business partner, Brody Hudson (Adam Woodward) are setting the Love Boat up in preparation for their big client, however Damon’s girlfriend Maxine Minniver (Nikki Sanderson) is not too happy about it.
Maxine, who has been faking a serious illness to manipulate Damon into spending more time with her, is fuming that he has gone back on his word and put work commitments before her.
She storms over to confront him over his promise to spend more time with her. Damon feels guilty as Brody runs after her and tells her he has a plan.
Later on Damon and Brody reveal that they’ve named a cocktail after Maxine and all the proceeds will go towards finding a cure for her. Maxine is delighted, but is her huge deception about to be rumbled?
When a banner for the Love Boat cocktail promotion comes toppling towards her, she instinctively reaches out to catch it with her ‘bad’ arm.
A suspicious Damon and Brody want answers and ask her to explain what’s going on with the miraculous recovery!
Maxine is thrown but later thinks she might have come up with a solution when she overhears Jack Osborne talking about the new heart medication he’s got from the doctor. When Maxine spots Jack throwing it away she secretly retrieves it from the bin. What is Maxine up to now?
Elsewhere James Nightingale (Gregory Finnegan) buys Harry Thompson (Parry Glasspool) a car to show him how grateful he is, but Romeo Quinn (Owen Warner) gets the wrong end of the stick and thinks the new vehicle is a gift for him!
Plus Kyle Kelly (Adam Rickitt) braces himself to tell Nancy (Jessica Fox) the whole truth about him and Colin and Leela Lomax (Kirsty-Leigh Porter) is furious when she realises that Ste didn’t delete the racist meme directed at Amir and decides to take matters into her own hands.
