Mel Owen is all set to flee Walford with her outlaw son Hunter Owen. As she makes the final preparations in EastEnders to leave, she’s forced to cover her tracks at work. Sharon Mitchell knows there’s something up and she eyes Mel suspiciously but how close will she get to the truth?
Mel realises the enormity of her decision, knowing she’s leaving a lot behind. After becoming truly fond of her ex Jack Branning’s young daughter Amy Branning, she’s gutted to be deserting her. Mel finds Amy for a last touching farewell before she goes. But will her escape plot with Hunter go to plan?
Callum’s stag party has been left high and dry with the main man missing, so the stags head over to the E20 to join the hens. With everyone unaware of the drama unfolding between Whitney and Callum, they throw themselves into the party.

Iqra Ahmed heads to the club after coming out to her grandparents, bringing girlfriend Ash with her. A drunk Robbie Jackson takes a liking to Ash and does his best to flirt with her. Iqra realises it’s time that the rest of the Square realised she’s with Ash and she kisses her in front of everyone!
Also, Rainie Branning is intent on winding up Max Branning at the hen party. Linda Carter gets a little too much into the spirit of things at the club and hubby Mick Carter has to take her home!
