Doctors spoilers: How does Rob Hollins end up in hospital?

Things take a terrible turn for Rob Hollins on Doctors when the Letherbridge copper slips on some oil and injures his ankle!

In today’s episode of Doctors, policeman Rob Hollins (played by Chris Walker) goes from investigating a road traffic… to becoming a hospital patient himself!

Rob’s day gets off to a bad start when he finds himself partnered with cocky constable Graham Dunn (Anthony Grundy), who keeps making jokes about how Rob is getting on in age, and maybe he should start taking it easy. Cheeky!

However, Graham may have a point when Rob later accidentally slips over on some oil and injures his ankle, resulting in an emergency hospital dash…

Elsewhere in Letherbridge, Al Haskey’s (Ian Midlane) mum Eve (Rachel Bell) is down-in-the-dumps after the discovery she made about fiance Ray Hopkins and their subsequent break-up.

Al does his best to support Eve. However, she remains convinced Ray was just an old fashioned cad and then finds a way to blame Al for not protecting her from Ray!

With inside knowledge of Al’s troubled history with Eve, can sugery nurse Ayesha Lee (Laura Rollins) find a way to help when Eve is later brought into The Mill after accidentally cutting her hand with a bread knife?

Meanwhile, surgery receptionist Valerie Pitman (Sarah Moyle) becomes worried about her beloved cat Geoffrey, who appears to have pulled a disappearing act.
